Another email that's arrived in the ol' digital mailbag (or mailbox, whichever you prefer)...
Hi,
I came across your website while surfing. Know of a bungalow association in Toronto, Canada by any chance? Thanks. Great website.

Well, while we love Toronto (a beautiful city), we're not very familiar with architecture there. From what we've seen on the Internet, there doesn't seem to be an association with a site. However, we may not be the best folks to answer definitively (maybe another reader of this site could leave a comment...)
But that leads to another great question--what cities around the world have bungalow associations? A quick Google search didn't pop up very many "bungalow associations" that were obvious or organized (although there is a section on associations on the American Bungalow Magazine forums but we don't know if that covers all of NORTH America), so we decided to assemble our own. We included some neighborhoods with a high proportion of bungalows as well. Still looking for more of those elusive bungalow neighborhoods overseas...
Read on for those we know of...and if we've missed one you know of, post it in the comments!

While the list of bungalow-focused associations appears to be somewhat sparse for Ontario, broader historical societies focus on many of the same issues and are far more common.
For the United States, the National Register of Historic Districts lets you browse by state and county. It will list the common architectural style of each district, but you can't search on "bungalow" unfortunately.
A quick Google or Amazon search (click below) will give you plenty of good leads. Don't find what you need...start your own! (And let us know and we'll add you to our list!)

In your list of Bungalow associations you missed the "Sacramento Bungalow Heritage Association” (SBHA) which is work to preserver the rich bungalow heritage of Sacramento. The initial heritage focus in Sacramento in the 80’s was on its Victorian houses which are mainly in the "city center". More recently the "ring neighborhoods" (those neighborhoods that popped up in the 10's and 20's) just outside the City center are getting focus.
You can check http://www.sacbungalow.org for info on this organization

Thanks! These have been added. Does anyone know of any "non-US" associations?
