Actually, it looks a lot like illustrations done by R. Stevens at Diesel Sweeties: http://www.dieselsweeties.com/.
Is Mr. Stevens moonlighting, or are they just biting his style?

Holy smokes! We don't know who the person was who did the illustration...maybe it was R. Stevens (and how COOL would that be?)
Stevens did an assignment on the side for MSN...I guess it isn't too far of a stretch. Our pal, Mitch O'Connoll does his own stuff and assignment illustration as well. You can see Mitch and Ilsabe's bungalow here. You can see Mitch's work here and Ilsabe's work here.
