I spent most of the Super Bowl last night finally installing a new light to replace one that wasn't a good match for our place.
Did I mention the entry way is right next to the TV? ;-)
My favorite commercial? The one with NFL players singing showtunes.

My favorite Super Bowl ad was the Mama's Boy one from Degree. "Mama, I can't feel my legs!"

The showtunes was my favorite too.
We were hanging a chandelier (which turned into a debacle that lasted 3 days, but we do have light now so all is good).
Football fans everywhere are hanging their heads in dismay.... we chose new lighting over the biggest game of the season?!

Newly framed entryway into the dining room(yea! We now have a header!) = 1 Superbowl 0....
Well not actually 0, I did manage to catch the last quarter...
It is amazing--I used to be such a football junky. Now I just living junky...hmmm.

Okay...I have to say that I voted for the Pepsi Lite commercial with Carson from QEFTSG. I fell off the couch laughing and had to rewind it. (All hail TIVO)
And pal Lisa voted for the Ameriquest commercial with the guy cooking dinner and the cat. Best part? The little strangled "meow" at the end there. Priceless.

Great site, always love to check back on your progress when I have lost motivation to continue on with trim painting. Light fixtures add so much, what did you replace it with??
