After reading an article about them in Chicago Magazine, we made sure we used Tomacor for our home inspection.

Our inspector did an amazingly thorough job. They gave us the whole truth without putting a positive spin on things, which is exactly what you want to know before putting down so much money. (Especially when your place is like ours!)

It was worth every penny and definitely helped us prepare a roadmap and budget we were more comfortable with than before the inspection.
