You're starting to wean Starbucks out of your monthly allowance, eh? :) Hmmm...spending your monthly allowance on light fixtures that aren't currently on the budget shortlist. That is dedication, dearest.

When I bought my house, I also bought a very good coffee machine... and considered it a home-improvement expense just like any other tool that helps me get the job done!

This had me laughing out loud...because I actually bought a light fixture this weekend and skipped starbucks to help my budget!

You guys come up with the best stuff here- and it looks like you are getting more bloggers on the HouseBlog too. It's nice to have a bunch centrally located like this-thanks. ;o)

Yes, but some things can never be cut out of the budget... Like chocolate. Without that, what would be the point of renovating anyway? :-)
