Well, today was full of good signs--on the same day that Lee Lumber call to say our new front door had arrived, the My Yahoo!/Lowes home improvement "Tip of the Day" is installing an interior door.
Is this all made even more bizarre by the fact that NPR did a piece on synchronicity while I was driving home Monday from work! A sign that good things are headed our way!? You decide...

Thanks for the link to the door tutorial. Our original kitchen door was kicked in while the house was on the market (before we bought it). Now I'd like to buy something nicer than the current (hollow-core!) door plugging the opening. I was rather daunted by the thought of installing it myself.

I read a great book called, "There Are No Coincidences" about synchronicity. It's so easy to forget that life happens for a reason and isn't as random as it seems sometimes. I bet having your web site makes you realize that all the time!
