We haven't posted anything in several days, but work has been happening. Specifically, we're working feverishly on finishing our master closet.
After last week's Ikea run, yesterday I finished off the base trim installation before any of the cabinetry could go in.
We then got started on assembling the Pax wardrobes yesterday afternoon.
Ikea's focus on design extends to their approach to the assembly process. It's kinda like Apple products in that way...taking things out of the boxes and getting started is actually enjoyable because the designers are so thoughtful about the details.
We got as far as we could with the wardrobes, but eventually knocked off at 10pm realizing we wouldn't get it all done anyway. We'll wrap it up today and post some final pictures shortly.
Back to work!!

There is nothing like being able to put things where they belong and you are so close to doing that- I am excited for you. I feel this way about our unfinished pantry- I can't wait for that feeling of knowing where things are.
:) happy Sunday
