The Return of Normal

Category: Restore & Repair

We reached another milestone this weekend: we brought our rugs out for the first time since we moved out of our condo. Having kept them rolled up in the attic storage, they were in pretty severe need of cleaning...

Small thing, I know, but just another small touch that is making our life feel more normal.

Um...thanks honey for posting this glamorous photo of me. Sigh...

Ah, you're beautiful. Don't worry about it. (Pregnant women are -always- beautiful.)

On a completely different topic, I always thought that those rental carpet cleaners have a secret dirt resevoir in them somewhere so that the water *always* looks black when you dump it out...

don't worry j, while all mothers and mothers-to-be are beautiful, we bloggers can get totally distracted by little things, like the new trim and hardwood floors and that lovely tub.

Oh come on like you didn't think that would be posted, why else would anyone take a photo of their pregnant wife dumping out flith water or cleaning a rug.

I was expecting he would CROP THE PHOTO! Maybe show my hands at most and just focus on the subject...rug cleaning. So, ack, no. I did not expect to be published...

Make sure he uses the crop feature if he decides to post photos of your future child's birth.
