Why, WHY would someone remove beautiful stained glass and a fireplace in favor of, what, more wall space for a couch and glass block windows? Argh. Your living room is going to look fantabulous, if that photo is any indication. Glad to see your hope has been restored, if not yet your fireplace, built-in bookcases and piano windows. :-)
