The windows were finished last weekend. Did I take the weekend off to celebrate?
Um, no.

A girl can never have too much demo.

Cheers to my peeps at ResCov in Chicago. Mi Sawzall es su Sawzall.

Whooo! Look at you kicking some a**. Love it. Congrats on finishing the windows, that's HUGE!
Demo is one of the best ways to take out all those pent up aggressions over tedious projects like your windows. I never got the urge to just destroy stuff until we bought our house. I always thought that was some weird male thing, but now I understand the thrill inf swinging a crowbar through a few walls!

You were an animal on Saturday...and an inspiration! We did look like a bunch of chimney-sweep orphans, didn't we?

Hi mom2amara!
Hey Mindy...I know you've been there. When I was still tasting plaster dust on my teeth later that night? I was just thankful that the demo didn't happen in my house as it usually does.
Hey Sarah! You were a turbo-gal too! We did master that stage, didn't we? :)

Demo in white overalls? Overall shorts? Come on. Go for the full OshKosh blue overalls. Jane has commented that overalls are the least sexy outfit ever. Very cool demolition project. Keep the ibuprofen nearby.

Ken, hah! I would have gone for full overalls but it was 96 degrees and no A/C!
The reason I wear overalls only for demo is because they are the least sexy thing I own (next to some of my maternity outfits) and I don't care if they get totally messed up :) Plus, I can throw small tools in my pockets and my pants don't fall down!
Very HeeHaw, I know.

That's funny because I have an almost identical outfit that I wear for demo work! Creme colored overalls and they get dir-ty. Ah the memories :o)
