The folks at Brownstoner have made a summary video of the renovation work going on at the Bed Stuy Reno Blog. Fun way to take a look around.
And the hex tile work that they did in the bathroom? Not to be missed. Seriously. I swooned.

We have a terrazzo tile bathroom - bloody cold on the tootsies in winter !!
However, mine are plain. I think i'd enjoy them a lot more in this delicious pattern !!

Hex tile...that makes me want to go black and white! We have the original 1932 purple hex tile in our bathroom (http://www.flickr.com/photos/anikascreations/338394365/in/set-72157594391176583/) It's cracked and needs to be replaced, but it's next to impossible to find purple-y 3" hex tile. The 3 places we did find, it ranged $4 - $9 per tile. Maybe if the whole bathroom wasn't purple...
